Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through planning, integration, and delivery activities.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across the application lifecycle.
- Define and track testing metrics, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and quality decisions.
- Mentor junior quality engineering team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Selenium.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Java, automated testing, API automation, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and reporting metrics.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
