Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions supporting application stability and performance.
- Implement enhancements to improve the software delivery process.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge and helping develop their skills.
Requirements
- Some proficiency in Java, Spring or Spring Boot, JavaScript or TypeScript tools such as React or Angular, and SQL, with willingness to learn additional technologies.
- Experience with build tools, Git, and continuous integration using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or Antigravity.
- Experience with alerting, monitoring, and logging tools such as New Relic or Coralogix.
- Experience using IntelliJ or VS Code and refactoring tools.
- Experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries such as Jest or Mockito.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile practices, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Familiarity with designing and developing for cloud environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
- Experience or willingness to learn about agentic software development and AI-based solutions.
- Awareness of industry best practices and standards.
