Base Salary
$111k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage applications, software tools, systems, and interfaces connecting internal and external systems.
- Integrate enterprise systems using internal and third-party APIs.
- Analyze existing systems and design and implement modifications to improve performance and functionality.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, primarily development and testing, while assisting with requirements gathering and solution design.
- Provide technical communication and support to internal customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform rotational on-call duties, system monitoring, and support for critical 24/7 retail processes.
- Support deployments and project deadlines, including occasional evening and weekend work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Five to ten years of software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience, system programming skills, and knowledge of data structures.
- Programming experience with one or more of .NET Core, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Extensive experience building and integrating robust REST or SOAP web APIs.
- Strong relational database skills with SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with Git source-control integration.
- Experience with Visual Studio IDE, NestJS, Symfony, ReactJS, or Angular.
- Experience with containers, Docker, Dockerfiles, Kubernetes administration, and Jenkins is preferred.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD is a plus.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
