Base Salary
$145k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Azure infrastructure using Bicep and Terraform.
- Build and maintain Azure Pipelines for provisioning virtual machines, Key Vault, networking, and platform services.
- Enforce versioned and traceable configuration baselines across environments.
- Create and maintain Packer golden-image pipelines for enterprise workloads.
- Implement security compliance controls including encryption, approved baselines, and IAM integration.
- Operate secure enterprise environments according to DoD security standards and manage vulnerabilities using Nessus Security Center.
- Configure telemetry and logs for virtual machines and platform resources in Azure Log Analytics.
- Perform enterprise-scale patching and update management using WSUS or equivalent solutions.
- Support change management, boundary changes, review boards, and enterprise governance processes.
- Tailor infrastructure templates to customer workloads and hardware requirements and deploy Azure infrastructure through established pipelines.
- Document customer configurations, coordinate validation with onsite and remote teams, and support operational handoffs.
- Provide Tier 1 operational support, including automated baseline desktop and software installations.
- Manage secure container image movement and lifecycle workflows using Skopeo, Crane, and Podman.
- Architect, develop, automate, deploy, and manage AKS-based applications for developers.
Requirements
- Security+ certification is required.
- Experience with HCL-based tools including Packer and Terraform.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure Bicep.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of demonstrated performance in related technology.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance or higher.
- U.S. citizenship is required pursuant to a government contract.
- Must be within driving distance of Beavercreek, Ohio, or willing to relocate there.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
