Responsibilities
- Lead threat modeling and security reviews across production and CI/CD environments.
- Drive vulnerability management, remediation prioritization, mitigations, and preventative controls.
- Build scalable detection and response capabilities to identify malicious activity, triage alerts, and investigate and remediate incidents.
- Extend DevSecOps and product security practices to the FedRAMP environment with the Wiz Federal team.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
- Use Wiz-for-Wiz to assess, monitor, and harden company environments and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of security engineering or security operations experience in cloud environments.
- Experience with AWS platforms and services, or equivalent experience with Azure and GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and container infrastructure.
- Experience managing IAM and cloud identities at scale.
- Experience with secure development and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and Helm.
- Experience with cloud-native observability and management tools.
- Experience developing automation and tooling with one or more of Python, Go, Shell, HCL, and Rego.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent job experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams is preferred.
- Experience in software development organizations or organizations operating managed infrastructure and technology services is preferred.
- Experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CIEM solutions is preferred.
