Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term technical strategy for core developer infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure for operational loads.
- Lead the strategy for developer onboarding and remote development environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize build and CI patterns.
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct design reviews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and operating developer infrastructure or CI systems.
- Deep expertise in modern build systems like Bazel and CI/CD at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python for system software development.
- Proven ability to guide complex technical initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for advocating tooling adoption.
