Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously enhance internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate business processes into sustainable technical solutions.
Digitalize and automate business processes with Power Automate.
Design data models and integrations using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
Evaluate and implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services and existing applications.
Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
Provide technical guidance and consulting to process teams and business departments.
Contribute to the company’s Pro-Code/Low-Code/No-Code strategy.

Completed degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in software and/or application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in object-oriented software development and in designing data models, interfaces, and integrations within complex system landscapes.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
