Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, code quality, and business-alignment objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical objectives with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and system scalability.
- Experience with code quality assurance and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Preferred experience with Agent Development, Generative AI, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.
