Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, modernization, migration, implementation, and governance of enterprise SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Develop custom SharePoint solutions, including SPFx web parts, extensions, reusable components, and libraries.
  • Design integrations among SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, enterprise systems, data sources, Azure services, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
  • Define SharePoint information architecture, security, permissions, compliance, lifecycle management, provisioning, and governance standards.
  • Lead SharePoint Server-to-SharePoint Online migration and modernization initiatives, including assessment, remediation, mapping, validation, and post-migration support.
  • Establish development, source control, testing, deployment, ALM, configuration-management, and reusable solution-pattern standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex SharePoint architecture, development, integration, migration, performance, and security issues.
  • Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, implementation plans, standards, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, mentor developers and administrators, and present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of related experience designing, developing, administering, or architecting enterprise Microsoft collaboration and content-management solutions.
  • Significant hands-on experience with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, SPFx, and enterprise SharePoint architecture and migration.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Migration Tool, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, security, permissions, authentication, external sharing, compliance, IIS, SQL Server, availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience establishing development standards, source control, code review, testing, deployment, and ALM practices across development, test, and production environments.
  • Ability to evaluate business and technical requirements, recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, document architecture, communicate effectively, and mentor technical staff.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust.
