Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Java, and ReactJS.
- Develop scalable, performant, reliable backend systems and resilient microservices architectures.
- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs, documenting REST APIs with OpenAPI and testing them with Postman.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Develop unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support code quality, security, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Manage source control and delivery workflows using Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and related DevOps tooling.
- Design relational databases and write SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data access and integrity.
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
- Collaborate with product management and technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other developers.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate with 3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
- Strong Java expertise, including JDK 8+, with experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven.
- Experience developing multithreaded, scalable applications and Java/Spring microservices.
- Experience designing RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Proficiency with React, npm, JavaScript, and SQL databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Good-to-have experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MarkLogic.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipeline setup.
- Experience with Agile development, including SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
