Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of scalable applications and systems across the full technology stack.
- Work with programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and front-end and back-end development tools.
- Help define product requirements, prioritise features, and collaborate with teams to deliver outcomes.
- Apply design thinking and systems thinking to create user-centric digital products and solve complex problems.
- Track and measure key performance indicators to evaluate results and support continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Be completing by September 2027 or have recently completed within the last two years an engineering-focused IT degree or related discipline.
- Achieve a minimum degree classification of 2:1 or commendation.
- Have less than one year of relevant professional experience gained after graduation.
- Demonstrate strong programming and system design fundamentals.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship for this programme.
- Provide current average module marks or awarded degree classification during the application process.
