Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the Angular front end by establishing scalable patterns, reusable component libraries, and development standards.
- Own the UI end to end with the team, including high-quality tested code, deployment, and security using DevSecOps practices.
- Act as a technical authority, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards through design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to establish requirements and iterate on designs.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and support within a cross-functional development team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and Angular, including component architecture, reactive programming with RxJS, and state management patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable component libraries and shared front-end systems.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with modern front-end tooling, build systems, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end security practices.
- Preferred experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, data visualization or custom charting, HTML5 Canvas, scientific or data-intensive web applications, and AWS front-end deployment and CDN strategies.
