Base Salary
$159k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own device security and secure provisioning during test, including secure boot, key and identity injection, cryptographic provisioning, fuse-based lifecycle management, and debug-port lockdown.
- Develop, qualify, and validate OTP/eFuse programming, JTAG, debug-access, and post-provisioning test flows.
- Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems, HSMs, and key-management infrastructure.
- Design and maintain reusable ATE libraries and tooling for pattern search, sub-flow generation, and automated test-program generation.
- Run firmware on devices under test to support secure provisioning, self-test, and reduced test time.
- Partner with ASIC design, DFT, security, firmware, and manufacturing teams on security, testability, and manufacturability.
- Lead technical and security reviews, establish team best practices, and drive software and security gaps to resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in silicon test, security engineering, or test software development.
- Experience with device security, secure provisioning, and OTP/eFuse programming during test.
- Working knowledge of encryption, cryptographic keys, and secure communication channels.
- Strong software engineering skills with Python and/or C/C++ and experience building reusable, well-architected code.
- Experience developing test or automation software on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes silicon security for modem and SoC devices, cryptographic provisioning, anti-tamper and physical security blocks, digital SoC test, high-speed SERDES characterization, high-volume manufacturing test, NPI release processes, I3C/SPI/GPIO, and advanced process nodes.
- International travel is required during release-to-production phases.
