Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate’s Salesforce CRM system.
- Partner with sales and customer support teams to optimize Salesforce and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Integrate Salesforce with other Slate systems in collaboration with software engineers.
- Own solution quality across coding, testing, integration, deployment, and support.
- Implement Salesforce reports, dashboards, messaging, CTI, and Omnichannel case automation.
- Provide technical leadership, make business-informed technology decisions, and mentor colleagues on advanced Salesforce topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- At least 2 years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- At least 2 years of experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Messaging for in-app and web components, Salesforce administration, and Omnichannel case automation.
- Experience implementing a Salesforce CTI solution; Amazon Connect experience is preferred.
