Base Salary
$162k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define a 12–24 month roadmap for the headless CMS and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Lead the migration from WordPress to Contentful, managing content modeling and redirect planning.
- Partner with the Product team to shape the platform strategy and technical roadmap.
- Own and report on site health, performance, and conversion metrics in partnership with Analytics.
- Oversee the web production pipeline to ensure updates align with Chime’s goals.
- Establish a scalable operating model for Chime.com for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with SEO and Content Strategy teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure the web platform supports experimentation and CRO testing needs.
- Design and maintain templates for an intuitive, fast, and accessible web experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with large-scale or headless CMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and performance-tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO and web accessibility.
- Proven skill in writing product requirements and managing agile processes.
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical partners.
- Experience with GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console.
- Experience leading or supporting a CMS migration is a plus.
- Bonus points for fintech or regulated-industry experience.
