Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications using ServiceNow App Engine and low-code platforms.
- Manage application releases, system upgrades, compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing applications using low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Experience managing application releases and performing system upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of system stability and performance optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
