Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain software code and applications.
- Follow software engineering standards, development methodologies, and release processes to produce maintainable, scalable, and supportable code.
- Investigate software issues, review and debug code, provide fixes and workarounds, and assess changes for operability.
- Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical accountability for assigned work products and support solution design for new requirements.
- Develop and integrate agentic, data engineering, and LLM-related capabilities, including evaluation, observability, tool calling, and API reliability patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Recent graduate or early-career engineer with 0–18 months of experience.
- Strong interest or knowledge in generative AI, software engineering, and data engineering.
- Knowledge of agentic development, preferably with LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, PySpark or Spark, MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure Cloud is preferred.
- Fundamentals in algorithms, software engineering, and test automation.
- Understanding of LLMOps, including prompt, model, and configuration versioning and traceable run metadata.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks, observability, tool calling, agent skills, guardrails, structured outputs, and model-call reliability patterns.
- Curiosity, self-learning ability, and the ability to iterate quickly and harden solutions for production.
