Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and implementation of IAM technologies, RBAC frameworks, and IAM projects across the bank.
- Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ application onboarding integrations.
- Configure connectors, workflows, rules, scripts, access reviews, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.
- Define and document roles, resource groups, user accounts, entitlements, onboarding requirements, and access models with application and business teams.
- Automate RBAC deployment processes and support testing, deployment, optimization, and ongoing IAM operations.
- Implement access governance, provisioning, application integrations, privileged access processes, and identity security controls.
- Ensure IAM services comply with security, privacy, and applicable industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Information Security experience specifically focused on IAM.
- At least 1 year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM processes.
- At least 1 year of experience with Java, Beanshell, or similar scripting languages.
- High school diploma.
- Preferred experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, Java, Beanshell, APIs, file-based integrations, and database connectivity.
- Preferred experience with SailPoint connectors and custom connector development, Azure AD, Active Directory, and ServiceNow access-request tools.
- Preferred Active Directory administration skills, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management.
- Preferred demonstrated experience with PAM or PIM concepts and processes, user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems.
- Preferred familiarity with SSO standards including SAML2 and OAuth2.
- Preferred CISSP or CISM certification.
