Base Salary
$150k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-grade UI experiences for GenAI Chat, Enterprise Search, Agents, and Admin features.
- Extend backend functionality and APIs.
- Improve search quality and flexibility, semantic understanding of customer organizations, permission and access controls, and knowledge curation.
- Implement approaches including LLM-based knowledge graphs, StructRAG, agents, and deep research.
- Own new features through the full development cycle from conception to production.
- Collaborate with founders and the team on product direction and engineering strategy.
Requirements
- 1–5 or more years of software engineering experience building real-world applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including with teammates and external customers.
- Bonus experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premises or cloud deployments, AI, NLP, deep learning, GenAI, or information retrieval.
- Previous experience as a founder or early engineer at a seed or Series A startup is a bonus.
