Base Salary
$144k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Teamcenter/NX solution architecture and define technical direction for MCAD system evolution, integrations, scalability, and performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and lead design reviews with PLM, Enterprise Products, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and manage development, test, UAT, and production environments, including production clones and refreshes.
- Lead Teamcenter upgrade programs from architecture and requirements through go-live, coordinating with Siemens on licensing, issues, and resolution.
- Administer, install, configure, customize, deploy, patch, and optimize Teamcenter environments, including BMIDE and Active Workspace.
- Develop scripts and tools for Teamcenter data extraction, transformation, synchronization, and operational automation.
- Drive integrations, external design partner access, team onboarding, user access, process definition, and collaboration with Infrastructure and Enterprise Products.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, risks, change management, vendor relationships, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Act as the first point of contact for critical production issues, driving resolution of P0/P1 systemic problems.
- Provide technical guidance and training and maintain installation, best-practice, troubleshooting, and operational documentation.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and develop AI-powered tools for Teamcenter/NX users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Teamcenter administration and architecture.
- Experience with Teamcenter installation, configuration, customization using ITK/SOA, BMIDE, deployment, and NX integration.
- Experience configuring and administering Active Workspace.
- Track record leading Teamcenter upgrades and go-live events.
- Experience with Teamcenter workflows, ACLs, Organization, Classification, Structure Manager, Revision Rules, and Variant Rules.
- Experience creating batch scripts and automation for Teamcenter operations.
- Experience managing production, test, and development environments, including database installation and production clones.
- Preferred experience integrating AI tools into workflows, applying responsible AI practices, and developing skills in prompt/context engineering or agent orchestration.
- Preferred experience with Siemens vendor management, sustainability/LCA modules, PLM testing automation, Teamcenter APIs/SOA services, and SQL-based data extraction.
- Preferred background in change management and stakeholder communications for engineering communities of 2,000 or more users.
