Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and operate Palantir software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, upgrades, and production support.
- Deploy Palantir products across production environments and perform migrations to newer infrastructure types.
- Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Automate workflows, processes, and runbooks to reduce manual operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in an on-call schedule, and minimize operational impact.
- Develop infrastructure solutions using Palantir’s Foundry and Apollo platforms.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed and product teams on systems design, issue prevention, and service operations.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using observability tools and service logs.
- Experience or comfort with large-scale production systems, including areas such as load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management.
- Ability to automate manual tasks and work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with multifunctional teams.
- Active U.S. security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
