Responsibilities
- Build and deploy full-stack applications end-to-end using AI coding agents under senior-engineer guidance.
- Turn ambiguous problems into working products used by OPSWAT teams and customers.
- Review and verify AI-generated code for correctness, security, and quality before release.
- Write specifications, prompts, and tests and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate with product, design, and security stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal tooling and customer-facing features.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrating equivalent ability.
- Knowledge of data structures, APIs, databases, and version control with Git.
- Experience building and shipping an end-to-end project such as a side project, hackathon application, open-source contribution, or course capstone used by real people.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot and curiosity about agentic workflows.
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently with guidance.
- Security-conscious mindset and attention to software quality.
- Cloud or deployment experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Docker is preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and a portfolio, GitHub profile, or live demos are preferred.
