Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer antibot and fingerprinting systems across JavaScript VMs, WASM, and polymorphic or obfuscated code.
- Build JavaScript function tracing, deobfuscation, fingerprint-inspection, and investigation-automation tooling.
- Use LLMs, agents, and custom automation to deobfuscate, classify, and diagnose detection surfaces.
- Build and maintain website intelligence pipelines with checkpointed history and baseline diffing.
- Provide context, signals, and structured intelligence to AI reverse-engineering and ban-resolution systems.
- Turn individual reverse-engineering breakthroughs into reusable tools, rules, and pipelines.
- Integrate tooling into the custom browser and automation stack and mentor engineers in AI-augmented reverse engineering.
Requirements
- Demonstrated use of LLMs, coding agents, or automation to accelerate engineering work.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with broad programming experience and exceptional problem-solving ability.
- Strong research, debugging, fuzzing, and reverse-engineering skills, including static, dynamic, and concolic analysis.
- Hands-on experience reversing JavaScript VMs, WASM, and heavily obfuscated or polymorphic code.
- Deep understanding of operating systems and computer networking concepts.
- Experience with tools such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, or similar network traffic interception and debugging tools.
- Understanding of browser engines, browser fingerprinting, and antibot or anti-scraping mechanisms.
- Bonus experience with IDA, Ghidra, Frida, Babel, tooling for machine-learning or AI systems, C/C++, or Rust.
- Core contributions to Mozilla or Chromium projects are a bonus.
