Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate scalable services for configuring and automating AWS network operations.
  • Drive designs for components and services delivering new features and capabilities.
  • Write well-structured, optimized code and review code from other team members.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on operational events and help reduce operational burden.
  • Estimate deliverables, document proposed solutions, and provide project updates to leadership and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with systems, network, operations, and peer software teams to integrate services and understand their needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
