Responsibilities
- Define application architecture and high-level design artifacts across the software development lifecycle.
- Elicit requirements, assess technical feasibility, and identify effective solutions for client needs.
- Develop SAP BTP applications using SAP UI5/Fiori and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model with Node.js and CDS.
- Prepare Technical Specification Documents based on business requirements.
- Guide the technical team and coordinate with offshore teams as a communication link between clients and delivery teams.
- Configure and administer SAP Fiori Launchpad and integrate applications with S/4 and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications using logs, traces, and monitoring tools.
- Apply secure application development practices and SAP BTP best practices.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Hands-on experience with SAP UI5/Fiori Freestyle and SAP CAP application development on BTP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with Cloud Application Programming Model using Node.js and strong knowledge of Core Data Services.
- Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, Application Routers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP security concepts, including XSUAA.
- Good understanding of standard SAP BTP services, frameworks, libraries, and integrations with S/4 and third-party services.
- Experience configuring and administering SAP Fiori Launchpad.
- Exposure to SAP Build Process Automation and AI/Generative AI capabilities on SAP BTP is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
