Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable client-side and server-side application code.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions with technical leads.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Translate UX/UI wireframes and mockups into responsive front-end interfaces.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive peer feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system design decisions.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure as code.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend system and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular and/or React, and front-end state management.
- Strong proficiency with back-end technologies such as C++, Node.js, Java, Python, or C#/.NET.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Tomcat and IIS web/application servers.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI is beneficial.
- Familiarity with NPM, Jest, Cypress, Selenium, Terraform, or CloudFormation is beneficial.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams and contributing to open-source projects is beneficial.
