Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments from the first process file through production workflows and measurable improvement.
- Configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments.
- Debug integration failures and build custom agents and connector logic for legacy enterprise systems.
- Work across Java services and React interfaces to improve performance and fault tolerance in distributed systems.
- Drive adoption across technical and business stakeholders and build customer trust.
- Document deployment patterns and create a reusable implementation playbook.
- Contribute custom agents, integration patterns, and production bug fixes back to the ProcessOS product.
- Train customer teams and hand off capabilities so they can operate and improve the platform independently.
- Occasionally travel as required.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and operating software in a large enterprise organization.
- Ability to debug integrations, build custom agents against legacy APIs, deploy Camunda clusters, and explain generated BPMN to technical and business audiences.
- Experience working across engineering, architecture, and business leadership with adaptable, precise communication.
- Practical production experience using AI, including context management, prompt engineering, agent testing, and integration tradeoffs.
- Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous environments and document learnings.
- Customer-facing engineering or professional services experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance is preferred.
- Production experience with agentic systems or AI-integrated workflows is preferred.
- Contributions to shared platforms or open source projects are preferred.
