Responsibilities
- Conduct research and address open-ended artificial intelligence problems, including expert systems and automated scheduling and planning.
- Develop intelligent software and computer systems that gather information, formulate decisions, and act on that information.
- Analyze domain problems and identify, adapt, and develop applicable AI technologies.
- Document and validate automated processes with domain experts.
- Evaluate and develop probabilistic state-estimation techniques for automated decision-making systems.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents, LLM-based applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Elicit business requirements and translate operational workflows into structured technical specifications.
- Deploy enterprise software or AI solutions at global scale, manage multi-region rollouts, and drive end-user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or systems engineering within complex enterprise environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on, production-level experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents, LLM-based applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience eliciting business requirements and translating operational workflows into technical specifications in a large-scale, cross-functional organization.
- A proven track record deploying enterprise software or AI solutions globally, managing multi-region rollouts, and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataiku, DevOps, Azure, and GitHub.
