Base Salary

$121k - $155k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery and ensure quality for ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations client engagements.
Work with clients to understand requirements and design ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Facilitate architecture and design discussions, demonstrations, workshops, best-practice overviews, and educational sessions.
Identify client pain points and opportunities, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and explain platform value to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide hands-on implementation of complex technical solutions and integrate ServiceNow into client technology landscapes.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform developments and apply them to client solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture, including at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow Risk and/or Security Operations solutions.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including custom development, integrations, and workflows.
Experience leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients and working in a consulting environment.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, Security Incident Response, or Vulnerability Response.
Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations and best practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Developer, CISSP, CISA, and/or CISM.
Experience with an integrated global practice and industry-leading security operations tools is preferred.
