Responsibilities

Design the architecture and roadmap for advertising infrastructure, including SSP and Ad Exchange.
Lead the development of a scalable, low-latency auction system and OpenRTB integration.
Mentor and support engineering teams to achieve high performance.
Establish best practices for code quality, system performance, and operational stability.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Over 10 years of experience in back-end or distributed systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role.
Experience building SSP or ad exchange from architecture to production scale, including OpenRTB and major DSP integrations.
Strong leadership in project planning, execution, code/design reviews, and mentoring senior engineers.
Deep expertise in low-latency, high-throughput systems, performance profiling, and cost/performance trade-offs.
Experience in streaming and data system operations.
Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Go) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture.
In-depth knowledge of data infrastructure and storage systems, with experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
