Base Salary
$102k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient software components and AI-enabled product features.
- Integrate LLM-, agent-, or machine learning-based solutions into applications under senior engineer guidance.
- Implement unit and integration testing frameworks and participate in AI feature evaluation and monitoring.
- Analyze integration needs, plan system architecture, and support application design and development.
- Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues and provide resolutions.
- Document software development, design, and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver requirements and meet technical specifications.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with consideration for coursework, relevant experience, or extensive related professional experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience is stated; the preferred qualification specifies 1–2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent internship/co-op experience.
- Programming experience in Python or similar languages.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and system design concepts.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agent-based systems through coursework, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
