Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.
- Manage infrastructure using AWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Build, manage, deploy, and debug Docker containers and ECS Fargate services.
- Monitor systems using CloudWatch, Sentry, and alerting tools.
- Troubleshoot issues across APIs, databases, queues, containers, and infrastructure.
- Manage MySQL RDS databases, queries, indexes, and schema changes.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate through Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
Requirements
- Require 4–6 years of professional software, DevOps, or cloud engineering experience.
- Require strong Python scripting skills, including reading and writing production code.
- Require experience with AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, Docker, ECS, RDS, and AWS CDK.
- Require hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Secrets Manager.
- Require strong SQL knowledge, with MySQL preferred, including queries, joins, and indexes.
- Require experience with Git workflows, REST APIs, HTTP, Linux environments, command-line tools, and infrastructure as code.
- Require experience with CloudFormation or Terraform and the ability to troubleshoot across API, database, container, and infrastructure layers.
- Prefer experience with Flask, Django, FastAPI, Redis, SQLAlchemy, other ORMs, asyncio, httpx, and AI/LLM concepts such as prompts, tokens, embeddings, and agents.
