Base Salary
$230k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend and infrastructure systems for a fast and reliable customer experience.
- Develop APIs, data models, and services that power Semgrep products at scale.
- Collaborate with other engineers on backend systems and product development.
- Work with databases, query optimization, distributed systems, and third-party vendor integrations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of databases and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Ability to integrate third-party vendors into existing first-party code.
- Professional experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Kubernetes, and AWS is preferred but not required.
- Openness to learning unfamiliar technologies quickly.
