Base Salary
$86k - $98k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance customer-facing claims applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Own features end-to-end from development through production support.
- Design and develop applications using industry-adopted programming languages and frameworks.
- Diagnose and resolve problems across the application stack.
- Support reliable application performance in production.
- Collaborate with product, business, cross-functional, and senior engineering stakeholders.
- Contribute to runbooks, decision records, documented processes, and inner source practices.
- Help define product direction and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- Full-stack frontend and backend engineering experience.
- Experience with AWS Native and ROSA.
- Experience with TypeScript, Angular, and Java.
- Understanding of SQL and database functionality.
- Understanding of Linux, public cloud, containers, application components, services, routing, state management, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar code, trace problems end-to-end, communicate technical status, and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of features through development and production support.
