Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, upgrade, validation, and production-readiness activities for ADMS Series 6 environments.
- Translate utility operational requirements into scalable ADMS solution designs and optimize platform performance.
- Configure and manage ADMS replication groups, monitor synchronization, and troubleshoot cross-environment replication issues.
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and secure platform-operation practices.
- Perform defect analysis, root-cause investigations, remediation coordination, and FAT/SAT testing for features and upgrades.
- Collaborate with utility stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, OEM, architecture, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ADMS, SCADA, utility applications, operational technology, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience deploying, configuring, upgrading, or supporting enterprise-scale software platforms.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, solution architecture, and system integration principles.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and enterprise application environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with ADMS, SCADA, DMS, EMS, or utility management platforms.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, Python, Docker, Jenkins, or other automation and deployment tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
