Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack solutions.
- Own the architecture of core subscription and membership systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to drive cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Provide mentorship on best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in product discovery and validation through prototypes.
- Drive strategic technical decisions to improve security and performance.
- Establish and enforce consistent coding and testing standards.
- Implement tools for monitoring and performance optimization.
- Analyze metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven experience in building platform infrastructure for patient engagement.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Spring, Java, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with building workflows and monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
