Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on meaningful, business-impacting projects and ship production code.
- Scope and lead large projects by addressing ambiguity, creating plans, and ensuring technical excellence.
- Help develop the team roadmap and balance technical and product tradeoffs.
- Teach and mentor engineering team members.
- Develop software using the company’s backend and frontend technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience across multiple functional areas such as frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical foundation.
- Commitment to both technical and product success.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
