Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the client to lead the design and build of a structured products trading platform.
- Manage engineering deliverables and relationships with key contributors to deliver software successfully.
- Design, document, and plan technical implementations and production software delivery.
- Act as a hands-on engineer and architect while leading and participating in project work.
- Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional project teams and other practices.
- Build strategic client relationships, provide technical advice, and contribute to follow-on business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Python or C# development.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end state management.
- Extensive experience architecting solutions on AWS, including Terraform and Docker.
- Proven experience working effectively inside large, complex organizations such as Tier-1 investment banks or global asset managers.
- Deep understanding of SQL and data persistence strategies at scale.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of and strong interest in global financial markets and financial products.
