Base Salary
$127k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce modular software architectures for code reuse across projects.
- Oversee implementation of complex signal processing and system autonomy algorithms.
- Lead agile development cycles and mentor senior engineers in GPGPU best practices.
- Define system-level performance budgets and architect software solutions for embedded GPUs.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and ensure designs meet government standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited institution.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to program security requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance; active clearance preferred.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a structured software development environment.
- Strong organizational and technical communication skills.
- Seven to ten years of software engineering design experience.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle.
