Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, highly reliable Azure cloud solutions for production workloads.
- Perform technical assessments and develop cloud management architectures, reference models, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
- Apply security and compliance frameworks including SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO27001, and CIS.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Create and manage serverless architectures and microservices using Azure services.
- Manage on-premises and hybrid cloud data centers, including automation with Terraform.
- Use Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Confluence for software lifecycle management.
- Lead solution design sessions, integrate cross-functional requirements, and define technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience designing cloud solutions on Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, security, identity, and management services.
- Expertise designing and developing large-scale systems and experience across multiple industries.
- Experience managing hybrid environments and using Terraform.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and software lifecycle management tools including Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Preferred: experience leading technical subject matter experts, creating solution blueprints and roadmaps, Azure architecture or security certifications, and enterprise virtualization or automation experience such as VMware.
