Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and deliver mathematical and statistical models and algorithms for prediction, optimization, and classification.
- Apply machine learning algorithms to structured and unstructured datasets for autonomy, pattern recognition, target detection and tracking, recommendation, decision support, signals processing, and robotic systems.
- Design, develop, document, test, debug, and deploy AI/ML applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI/ML solutions in development and production environments.
- Prepare and present technical progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Level 1 requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with 0 years of relevant experience, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Level 2 requires a bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 0 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Experience implementing AI/ML models or algorithms, such as deep learning, transformer models, or LLMs.
- Experience with at least one major AI/ML framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience preparing data for ML, training models, and evaluating models.
- Software development experience in Python or a similar language, including source control.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML functionality into applications or services.
- Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly are required.
- Preferred qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, AWS or other commercial cloud experience, microservice and containerization experience, explainable or adversarial AI, active learning, MLOps, Linux, LLM prompt engineering or fine-tuning, modeling and simulation, and vector or graph database experience.
