Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MLS applications using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server.
- Design APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with MLS platforms, real estate technology, RESO standards, MLS data integrations, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and technical leadership or mentoring.
