Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and related platform components.
- Lead development and enhancement across ITSM, request management, knowledge management, asset management, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications for functionality, reliability, performance, and operational alignment.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow application, workflow, integration, performance, and data-quality issues.
- Follow platform governance, development standards, change management procedures, documentation requirements, and configuration management practices.
- Develop and maintain secure integrations with third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, OAuth/JWT authentication, and related patterns.
- Perform unit testing, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and validate deployments.
- Create technical documentation, system design artifacts, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
- Provide ServiceNow technical support and subject matter expertise for incidents, service requests, problems, and enhancements.
- Participate in meetings with government and contractor personnel to provide status updates, recommendations, and demonstrations.
- Support platform administration, including ACLs, role and access management, instance cloning, upgrades, performance tuning, AI governance controls, and operational sustainment.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies, including JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application lifecycle management, and secure development practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, or Knowledge Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, generative AI configuration, responsible AI controls, and AI-driven agents and automations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-work skills.
- Experience supporting federal or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
- ServiceNow SDK experience for AI-driven development is preferred.
- Ability to provide acceptable identification for customer badging and site access.
