Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing software components and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in CRM environments.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, and make or contribute to technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, including customization and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with CRM integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex CRM technical issues and produce maintainable code.
- 15 years of full-time education.
