Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the client to lead the design and build of a structured products trading platform.
- Manage engineering deliverables and relationships with key project contributors.
- Design, document, and plan technical implementation and production delivery of software.
- Act as a hands-on engineer and architect while leading and participating in project work.
- Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other practices.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders as a strategic partner and technical advisor.
- Contribute to expanding the client relationship and securing follow-on work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing with Python or C#.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end state management.
- Extensive experience architecting solutions on AWS, including Terraform and Docker.
- Experience working effectively within large, complex organizations such as tier-one investment banks or global asset managers.
- Deep understanding of SQL and data persistence strategies at scale.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of and strong demonstrated interest in global financial markets and financial products.
