Base Salary
$260k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate sandboxed compute environments for Devin’s agent execution workloads.
- Build and maintain internal developer infrastructure, including deployment systems, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define SLOs and build monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Lead incident response and postmortems to improve system reliability.
- Plan infrastructure capacity and architecture ahead of product growth.
- Partner with product engineers and researchers to design scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability and operational excellence.
- Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in Python and ability to own complex systems codebases.
- Experience building dashboards, instrumenting systems, and designing effective alerts.
- Experience with sandboxing, network isolation, and secure multi-tenant compute.
- Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company.
- BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a highly selective program.
