Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize trading algorithms.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers on trading strategies.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain market order execution algorithms.
- Test systems for accuracy and stability while minimizing financial risk.
- Improve trading-platform performance, resource efficiency, and hardware utilization.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of C++ development experience with expertise in algorithmic trading systems.
- Track record developing, deploying, and maintaining market order execution algorithms.
- Experience designing or implementing large-scale data processing or modeling systems on high-performance computing clusters.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
