Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Legora’s React component library and token architecture.
- Translate Figma designs into fast, reusable, and accessible components.
- Connect design and code using Code Connect, Dev Mode, the MCP server, variables, and component properties.
- Reduce drift between Figma and production through automation and tooling.
- Standardize interaction patterns and UI architecture across the product.
- Remove design-to-code bottlenecks and speed up delivery.
- Collaborate day to day with designers, engineers, and product managers.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, tokens, and component architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Figma’s developer surface, including Code Connect, Dev Mode, MCP, variables, REST API, plugins, and component properties.
- Strong attention to detail and design precision.
- A clear point of view on excellent product experiences.
- Ability to lead by building code that simplifies, scales, and accelerates the work of others.
