Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for new markets.
- Research market-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop technical blueprints and define system, tenant, data, application, and interface architectures for o9 Solutions.
- Define integration strategies with existing systems and processes.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance, including defining non-functional requirements.
- Document architecture specifications, integration points, and data flows.
- Guide development teams during implementation and provide technical troubleshooting and project lifecycle support.
- Interface with clients and offshore teams while providing technical guidance across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management and strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Experience configuring and implementing o9 Solutions.
- Proven experience designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-orientation skills.
- Preferred experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies.
- Preferred knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Preferred certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies.
