Responsibilities

Design and develop distributed, cloud-native backend services for the Identity and Trust Platform.
Define and implement the foundational data model and APIs for customer identity.
Drive the migration of identity and customer lifecycle logic from legacy systems.
Implement core platform capabilities, including unified entitlements and compliance context.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and engineering teams on integration standards.
Champion engineering excellence in architecture, code quality, and operational practices.
Mentor junior team members to foster their growth.

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend systems.
Hands-on experience with modern, cloud-native, and distributed systems.
Proven track record in designing and delivering complex features in regulated environments.
Strong skills in API design and integration, focusing on reusable service contracts.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container orchestration tools.
Ability to manage technical debt while delivering business value.
Demonstrated technical ownership and influence in cross-team decisions.
